What exactly am I buying?

An evaluation on a simulated trading account. You pay a one-off fee, get an account with a published rule set, and try to reach a profit target without crossing a loss floor. Pass, and you trade a simulated funded account that pays you a share of its simulated profit as a performance fee. No real money is traded, held or invested at any point.

Can I try it without paying?

Yes. The Free Trial is a 14-day account with an 8% profit target, a 5% daily loss limit and a 10% maximum loss limit. It is the real platform with real rules; it just does not pay rewards. One per person.

Which program should I choose?

Accepted Answer

Two-Step is the balanced default: 8% then 5%, with a 5% daily and 10% maximum loss limit and an 80% split. One-Step gets you funded faster with tighter limits: 10% in one phase, 3% daily, 6% maximum. Instant Funding skips the evaluation entirely and starts funded, with no daily loss limit but a 6% trailing maximum. Futures programs use dollar limits and end-of-day trailing drawdown with a 90% split.

Do I need MetaTrader or another platform?

No. Trading happens in our own browser terminal: chart, order ticket, positions and the headroom view in one screen. There is nothing to install, and no external platform credentials to manage.

Can I sign up from my country?

Most countries, yes. Some are excluded entirely because of sanctions or policy, and CFD programs are not offered to US residents, who can take the futures programs instead. The full list is published and kept current.

How is the daily loss limit calculated?

From the balance at the last 17:00 New York rollover, minus a percentage of the starting balance. Floating profit and loss counts, so an open position can breach it. Profit you close during the day raises your balance for the next day, not the current one — but because the floor is fixed from the morning balance, today's closed profit does extend the room you have in dollars.

What is the difference between static and trailing maximum loss?

A static maximum loss is a fixed floor at the starting balance minus the limit; it never moves. A trailing maximum loss follows your highest balance up, and on our programs it locks once it reaches the starting balance, so it can never push the floor above where you began.

Can a behavioural rule fail my account?

Accepted Answer

No. Quick strike, micro-scalping, news trading, open risk and consistency never end an account. They change what counts toward a pass or a reward — a held pass that goes to review, or profit from specific trades that does not count. Only a loss floor, a time limit, inactivity or prohibited conduct ends an account.

Am I allowed to trade the news?

Yes. On a funded account, trades opened or closed within 5 minutes of a high-impact release for the instrument's currencies have only 40% of their profit counted toward your reward. Losses count in full. The order ticket warns you before you enter the window.

Can you change the rules on my account?

Accepted Answer

No. Your account stores a frozen copy of its rules, including any add-ons, at the moment you buy. Changes to our published programs apply only to accounts bought afterwards. Your exact rules are readable on the account page.

Are expert advisors, bots or copy trading allowed?

You may automate your own trading on your own account. You may not share an account, trade someone else's account, or copy trades between accounts held by different people. Latency exploitation, feed arbitrage and hedging across accounts are prohibited.

What can I trade?

CFD programs cover forex, indices, metals, energies and crypto. Futures programs cover index, energy and metal futures, in minis and micros. Each program lists the asset classes it allows.

What order types are supported?

Accepted Answer

Market, limit and stop orders, each with an optional stop-loss and take-profit. Pending orders are good until cancelled and cannot be placed while the market is closed. Buys fill at the ask and sells at the bid, always at the current executable price.

What happens when the market closes?

Accepted Answer

No new orders and no triggers while a market is closed. When it reopens, pending orders and stops are evaluated against the first price, so a gap fills at the market. Futures accounts with session flattening have their positions closed shortly before the session close.

Is there slippage?

Fills happen at the latest stored price on the executable side, and a price older than the staleness limit is refused rather than filled. Because prices are published about once a second, a fill can be up to roughly a second behind the tick you saw. Trading that pattern deliberately is prohibited.

When can I take my first reward?

It depends on the program. Two-Step pays the first reward 21 days after funding and every 14 days after that. One-Step pays every 5 trading days. Instant Funding pays every 14 days with at least 1% growth in the cycle. Futures programs pay every 5 or 3 trading days with a per-cycle cap.

How is a reward calculated?

Cycle profit, minus each behavioural-rule deduction shown by name, multiplied by your split and rounded down in your favour never to overpay. You see every line of that arithmetic before you claim, and it is stored with the claim afterwards.

What split do I get?

Accepted Answer

Two-Step and One-Step pay 80%, and an add-on raises that to 95%. Instant Funding pays 70%, rising to 80% from your third reward. Futures programs pay 90%. Scaling up raises the split to 90% on qualifying accounts.

How am I paid?

To a payout method you register on your own account. Adding one needs a one-time code sent to your email, and a new method has a cooling-off period before its first use. Rewards are paid as a performance fee, not from a balance we hold for you.

Does my account grow?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After four paid rewards, each with at least 4% growth, and at least two months since funding, the account size increases by 25% per qualifying cycle and the split moves to 90%, up to a $4,000,000 cap.

When do I have to verify my identity?

Accepted Answer

Before your first reward is paid, and after you pass the final evaluation phase so a funded account can be issued. You do not need to verify to buy a challenge or to trade.

What do I need to verify?

A government-issued photo identity document and a live selfie, checked by a specialist provider. We store the decision, your name and country, and a one-way hash of the document number — never the document number or the images themselves.

What if verification fails?

You get three attempts, and a resubmission the provider asks for does not use one up. After that, a member of our compliance team reviews it by hand. The reason is always shown to you where the provider gives one.

My verified name does not match my profile. What now?

An approved verification locks your legal name to the verified one, because the name we pay has to be the name we verified. Changing it afterwards requires verifying again.

How can I pay?

Cryptocurrency at launch. Card payments are planned through a specialist processor; mainstream card processors prohibit funded prop trading, so we would rather be honest about the timing than promise a method we cannot offer.

Can I get a refund?

Before you place your first order on the account, yes, in full and without a reason. After your first order the evaluation has been delivered, so the fee is not refundable. A breached account is not grounds for a refund.

Do I get my fee back when I pass?

On the programs that include it, yes: your fee is added to a specific reward — the first on Two-Step, the third on One-Step. It is paid only if that reward is itself payable. The reward number is shown in the program rules before you buy.

What is a reset and what does it cost?

A reset issues a fresh account under the same frozen rules after a breach. On most programs it is discounted against the original fee. It is a new purchase, not a repair of the old account, and the old account stays readable in your history.

Can I hold more than one account?

Yes, several challenges at once, all under one login. What you may not do is hold accounts under more than one identity, or coordinate positions between your accounts to hedge risk.

What happens if I stop trading for a while?

An account with no trade for 30 days expires at the next daily rollover. It is not a breach, but the account cannot be traded again.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, from Settings. Your profile is anonymised; the financial and evaluation records we are legally required to keep are retained in a form that no longer identifies you directly.
